The dream is free, but the hustle is sold separately.

It doesn’t cost you anything to dream, but to make it a goal or result - it needs time, money and usually hard work. If person knows what they want, it`s half win already. After growing up in countryside, being constantly away from friends and my dad's small passion about 2 wheeler's, I could consider myself as one lucky kid, who had the opportunity to grow up with different mopeds, quad, scooters and motorcycles. I got my first moped when I was 7 and I really liked it. Of course as many of you know, If man once ride with something and he likes it - it usually turns out to be the virus that will impact his whole life.

After selling my dirt bike, I was looking for something else in new territory. Something different then motorcycles. I had my first job then and had saved some money. Once my dad always said that he would like to own a snowmobile at some day. I started to look around for something. As Winters here were usually with great amount of snow and we had the proper winters months as sometimes long as summer, I decided to bought the snowmobile. And not just regular one to cruise around, but the most nervous one - mostly to scare me to death.

After owning a race sled for years - I can say that the need for speed is somewhat lost, but the feeling of taming a beast on snow in empty field - will never be lost. The snowmobile riding experience is so unique thing and there is nothing to compare it. I think the ones who have been lucky to ride with snowmobiles and especially the racing ones can relate - it's madness. But as the climate has been changed and the snowmobile only has 1 seat, I decided to return back to something more practical and for something I can share the experience with. As an Teenager, I used to ride with scooter almost everyday. I got the license and I really loved to ride in traffic in general. Much more then with cars. So as the years went by, I managed to save some money and I started to think about motorcycle again. But this time, for something I can ride to work or go to shop etc - something practical.

After thinking about it for months, I came up to something a bit unusual. I would like to have a motorcycle, but not the 600 or 1000. But I wanted the baby one, a small and practical warrior to ride around for fun. I think mostly because the snowmobile has somewhat killed me the thrill of going fast or the need to accelerate insanely. It became normal and I got used to it, so this was not the thing I was looking for at this time. After some time, I heard that our government will change the law, so all people who has a B-cat. car license, would be able to ride the 125cc bike without additional exams and course. This was for me a really huge push to have one ASAP the law gets approved. So I started to look around and read from different forums to find most attractive 125cc to me. I have to say that the 125 lineup has come a long way and nowadays there are some really well equipped bikes which almost looks like big ones. All the big manufactures have at least one 125cc bike on the lineup. So there is plenty to choose from and mostly it will come to the personal taste or riding style as they all share the limited power by 15hp. I have to say that I fell in love with KTM as a brand and the look of the baby duke straight away. I looked like the perfect little rebel to have fun with. So I did my research and I started to realize that this will be the one I want. The one I was looking for to have one day.

After playing around with their website configuration, I made my specs and started to make my first steps to fill this dream.

This picture is my first set up on configuration.

This was the base I started to find my reality. Not sure how many hours I did look at it and dreamed to ride it one day. I guess enough at least for my girl to say that I do nothing but watch and search things about the motorcycle. I also guess its hard to explain some passion for things that for some of us are not just things, you know? But I tried and I think she understands it somehow, which for me means a bit easier life.

I also made my vision about my bike after the modifications. This one I added to IG in May 2019. With description: "Coca, Fanta, Sprite? One day or day one?

Raske on maha müüa mõtet neile kes seda keelt ei räägi"

(Still thinking to make a poster of it for memories)

After the summer ended, the dream of having the bike was constantly there but as there was no news about the law yet, I didn't thought about it too much. But in September it all changed suddenly as I noticed the KTM dealer has announced the summer sale price for new 125 Duke. Also as my Birthday is in September, my lovely colleges gave me a KTM gift card as present - I knew that this could be the right time to make it happen. And I did...
