Track Day Highlights
The Rapla track day was truly memorable. The atmosphere buzzed with energy, brimming with fellow enthusiasts eager to push their machines to the limit. The track was in top-notch condition, allowing for exhilarating laps that pushed the boundaries of what our bikes can do.
This event showcased a vibrant community. Riders engaged in sharing tips and stories, creating an environment filled with passion for speed and performance.
For me it was the pure joy to test and confirm this bike is track ready. Brakes, tires, suspension, engine, gearbox - all work in harmony.

Performance Testing
A new fuel injector was trialed, but it delivered too much fuel for the setup even if RapidBike was tuned down. While the experience was educational, it highlights the ongoing journey to optimize bike performance. This winter, plans are in place to experiment again with a different injector.
Sprocket Experimentation
In addition to the injector testing, another exciting avenue is the exploration of sprocket change before season ends. Modifying sprockets can dramatically affect acceleration and top speed, making it an essential area for riders seeking to optimize their setup. One study found that adjusting the front sprocket by just one tooth can lead to an acceleration difference of 5-10% on average.
Finding the right sprocket configuration can make a bike more responsive, turning every twist and turn of the track into a thrilling ride. It’s about striking the perfect balance between performance and enjoyment.
Embracing the Ride
Beyond the technical adjustments, the overarching theme for 2025 was simply to enjoy the ride.
There's something inherently freeing about gliding along an open road or navigating a track, feeling the wind against your body and the raw energy of the bike beneath you. DUKE125R is amazing.
