Managed to complete the Engine build and surprisingly it was easier then I first thought. Rapid Bike was installed and it started up in first try - huge relief. I used the Euro5 mod map that came with rapid bike folder as it seemed to be safer then just base stock map. After the break in, I made my own based on the Euro5 map and it seems to work well so far.
I also want to experiment the correction pump feature to see if it can spice it up. However, I think it already has more power then 160cc kit would add, so engine side we are probably done. Perhaps only to use bigger injection or camshafts would be interesting. I also noticed that Rapid Bike max fuel add is 30%, should be quite amount that I need so basically if you have open airbox mod - I think you should use bigger injection right away. (already +10% on base stock map is added in some parts)
I also started to use Yacco MXV oil now as based on my research it's a good one with best value. I also used the X1r oil additive. So far having no issues. Motorcycle also has now temp strips - to monitor actual radiator and head temp live. So far everything has been going well - temp around 65-75 degrees, even when riding for hours around in town.
As the engine has more power, I also wanted to try to change gearing. So I tried the 13theeth sprocket at front. This made the 6th gear a actual useful gear and so far loving it as it can even pull pretty hard from that. I think I did not lose a lot of top speed either, at least nothing I would be concerned about. In my head, I already see it working perfectly with Quickshifter as it would be awesome to just pop those gears with the factory pro shift kit it now has. The kit is awesome - gear are really decent. Installation is possible without removing the clutch. Clutch springs also changed, but the difference in clutch lever is minimal. So far seems to be fine, don't feel it slipping yet with that power, but it makes sense to change it for something better.
Overall, the duke 125R heart is born and I really like every minute riding this thing. Will now do more precise tuning with ECU and potentially visit the dyno to see what map is best and what kind of power it makes for curiosity. It's a small beast for sure!
